This international design & manufacturing company wanted to create a more commercially aware, user-centered website to service a broad scope of B2B audiences and, ultimately, generate more sales leads.
Working with a newly-appointed marketing agency and in liaison with a cross-section of colleagues, I project-managed the web design & build from conception through to launch.
I generated and collated new web content including: selecting meta titles; writing captions, long copy & all editorial content; producing corporate videos; commissioning product & lifestyle photography; and developing new digital literature.
I oversaw implementation of an SEO campaign which gained an overall increase in site traffic of 19% in the first year alone.
As well as promoting the new website across social media platforms, I worked with the marketing agency to create an e-newsletter about the launch, which we distributed to a database of existing clients, leads and industry contacts.
I later also worked with a Spanish colleague to translate the new website into Spanish for the South American and European markets.
